Anga Makubalo’s acting career may have reached the down side since he was part of the 16 fired Generations actors last month; however his music career is on the rise.
The actor, 25 – who played the charactor of MJ in 20-year-old Generations soapie, and also known as NaakMusiq in the music industry – has just been signed by the Durban-based record label, Afrotainment Music, led by DJ Tira.
“Yes, I’m part of the Afrotainment team. We’re taking things one step at a time,” the Port Elizabeth-born artist told Daily Sun.

NaaqMusiq released his debut album Love and Music in February this year.
